About the Author and Illustrator:

Veronica Holdgate was born and spent her younger years in Brighton Sussex, England.

In the late 1950's she moved to Brentwood in Essex where she met and married her husband and raised their four children.

1990, relocated to Cornwall where she was inspired to write and illustrate her first book. "The Cornish Adventures of Robert the Rabbit", encouraged by her five grandchildren.
